Oh Captain! My Captain
Here are a few signs I often see when I hold my initial “needs and wants” consultations:
1. Growth Feels Stalled. You’ve built something solid, but you’re hitting the ceiling. Revenue plateaus, culture wobbles, and it feels like the business is running in circles. You don’t need more hustle—you need strategy.
2. You’re Carrying Too Much. As the owner, you feel the weight of being both the visionary and the executor. You’re making every decision, running every meeting, and trying to be everywhere at once. It’s not sustainable—and deep down, you know it.
3. Meetings Aren’t Moving the Needle. Your people are showing up, but results aren’t showing up with them. Accountability feels like a chore instead of a growth tool. The rhythm is off, and you need a reset.
4. You’re Ready for Outside Perspective. You’re so close to the business, it’s hard to see what’s really going on. Sometimes it takes an outside lens to highlight what’s working, what’s not, and what’s possible.
5. You Want Structure, Not Just Ideas. You’ve read the books, listened to the podcasts, maybe even gone to the conferences. But what you need now is practical structure your business can actually use—and stick with.
That’s where I step in. Appraise isn’t about telling you what you should do—it’s about coming alongside you with structure, clarity, and accountability. Together, we identify what’s working, strengthen what’s weak, and build a plan your business can trust.
Because when strategy thinks, execution starts—and that’s when real change happens.
