Consultation Overview
First, we have a complimentary consultation. I will hear what you hope to achieve, and we’ll go over my 12-week consulting schedule. If you decide to move forward in hiring me, then each week will build on the last and has a focus that moves you forward.

Team and Individuals
My consulting is not geared only for teams. If you are an independent agent who also would like to explore my consulting to help with a break through, or to simply have me assess your systems, the same process will apply.

In-Person and Virtual
If you are a team, most consulting packages begin with a team meeting to explain why I am being hired and to give the team the space to ask me questions. I move into 4 weeks of in-person meetings for relationship and trust building. We then move to a virtual schedule for convenience.

Add Ons
I have learned that if it is a good fit and we are seeing great results, we do not have to conclude at 12 weeks. I am also for hire for quarterly strategy sessions once I have concluded my role as your consultant. Honestly, I can tailor my services to what we discern are your greatest needs, short and long term.
